Just Kids Inc. is a market research firm that specializes in research with kids. This online community is just for kids for the sole purpose of market research. This community sites includes kids from all walks of life and we provide the aggregated results of our research (which is striped of any personally identifiable information from parents or kids) to our clients.
Information we collect
During the registration process for our communities, we require individuals (parents and kids) to provide us with contact information (e.g. email address) and demographic information (e.g. birth date, gender). We also ask members to establish a username and password to access our community sites. Once you become a member of one of our communities you agree to receive communications from Just Kids Inc. and our partner PluggedIN Co. regarding activity invitations and other community related news/alerts. Just Kids Inc. and our partner PluggedIN Co. do not sent unsolicited commercial emails.
All of the information collected in this community is strictly for market research purposes. If you and your child have joined one of our online communities, we collect the information you share in the community and aggregate responses to report the results to our clients.
Sharing Information
Just Kids Inc. and our partner PluggedIN Co. do not sell personally identifiable information. We use the information you provide to us for internal purposes and share it only for the limited purposes described here. In order to provide you with the services on our sites, we may need to share your information with third parties, our agents, who perform services on our behalf, such as merchandise (e.g. gift cards) fulfillment, web hosting, and the like. Participation in our communities is voluntary. At any point you decide that you or your child no longer wish to be a member, you may send an email request to support@pluggedinco.com with the with the word “unsubscribe”.

The security of personal information is important to us at Just Kids Inc. and PluggedIN Co. We employ standard technology and internal processes to protect the information our members release to us. Additionally, only select, authorized employees have access to process the data collected and maintain the database and community that stores member contact information.
Notification of Change
We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. If we are going to use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify users via email. If users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our website notifying users of the change.
